With the included edgeboot device, customers get one port for remote monitoring and troubleshooting. When an alert is triggered, a service ticket is opened, and the customer is promptly notified. This initiates a multi-faceted response process involving Granite resources, service providers, and, when necessary, onsite customer contacts.
