Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling project activities required for effective management of structured cabling systems. Sales support engineering for all Structured Cabling related sales presentations as well as project cost estimation (RFP). Work with financial, contract management and other management to assure project profitability. Responsible for training and developing Team Members. 

A successful candidate in this role will possess the following knowledge & skills:

Education: Combination of education and experience in a technical capacity with a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.  

Specialized Skills/Training: Requires good decision making skills, leadership abilities, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Requires advanced computer skills. Requires a broad range of general business background and solid problem solving and planning skills. Should be proficient with computer-based reporting and analysis.  RCDD/BICSI certification is preferred but not required.

Experience: Five or more years of experience in the structured cabling industry. At least three (3) years experience in a managerial position.

Pay and Benefits:

This is a full-time, in-house position. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus structure.
